What is a Site Catalyst Maintenance Credit?
One credit covers one standard website maintenance or support task, such as updating WordPress and your plugins or changing your business hours. Larger, complex, urgent or custom requests may need more than one credit or a separate quote.
What happens to my unused credits?
Unused credits roll over for one month. For example, credits you don't use in January can be used in February, and expire at the end of February.
How do I know how many credits a task will use?
Check the typical credit use table above. When you send a request, we confirm the credit cost — or send a quote for bigger jobs — before any work begins.
What support is free with my hosting plan?
Anything related to the hosting service: site or server downtime, SSL issues, hosting errors, backup and restore issues, and email and log-in help. Lift-off packages and higher also include a 30-minute start-up session. Changes to your website itself are covered by Website Care.
What's included in security and plugin updates?
Every monthly plan includes WordPress security updates and plugin updates at no extra credit cost, so your credits go toward the changes you ask for.

Which website platforms do you support?
We support WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Drupal, Sitecore, Facebook business pages and custom-built websites.
What does priority support mean?
Requests from Pro and Business plans go to the front of our support queue, ahead of standard requests.
My website is down or hacked. What should I do?
Contact us right away. If the cause is hosting-related, the fix is free for hosting clients. Otherwise, our Emergency Website Rescue service is $199 for diagnosis plus $75 per hour to restore your site. Malware clean-up is quoted separately.
Can I pay for a plan annually?
Yes. Annual plans include one month free.
